We have the ability to process the smallest parts in our basket fixturing system to sheets and plates as wide
as 96 inches and 240 inches long. 
Our tubing and all rigid structural capabilities can process up to 42 foot long material.  All parts are individually separated and neutralized before oil or synthetic submersion.
 We do not bundle dunk.  Our proprietary oil and synthetic rust preventative are formulated to an exacting standard to yield a high cosmetic surface and ease all types of steel fabrication.  Each piece is 100% coated.  A unique system of monitoring our chemical process enables us to ensure the quality of consistent coverage and rust protection.  Sample bundles or pieces can be processed at no charge to demonstrate the advantages of pickling which enhance both quality and production.
