Who We Are
North America's Largest Batch Pickling Facility
Vision Pickling & Processing (established 1982) is the largest batch pickling facility in North America. With our 240,000 sq. ft. facility and the ability to process material up to 42ft in length, we can accommodate nearly any job.
Pickling, saw cutting, machining, and JIT Inventory under one roof offer transportation and overhead cost savings. Located in Waterman, IL we are conveniently situated 60 miles west of Chicago with close proximity to I-88, I-80, & I-39.
Vision Pickling was originally founded as a sister company of QC Metal Pickling in East Moline, IL to create additional capacity. The QC Metal location was closed in 2016 and all operations were combined in Waterman, IL. With over 42 years of experience supporting the steel industry and manufacturers across the United States, we continue to raise the standard of quality and customer service.
